Enrollment with Antonio's Language School (ALS) means that you accept all the general conditions:

1. GENERAL:

1.1. We will E-mail you the confirmation of your reservation, including the quote for the total cost of the solicited training.

1.2. We guarantee your reservation with a payment of 50% of the total fee. The rest of the course fees can be paid for upon arrival.  We accept bank deposits, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard ONLY), cash (USD, Euros or Mexican Pesos).

1.3. ALS is not liable in any cases of acts of God (according to the law) or for unlawful acts on the part of the students, nor the consequences they might bring on.

1.4. On weekends we don't offer meals.

1.5. No classes are held on January 1, September 16 (Mexico’s national holiday) and December 25. Nevertheless, we will reschedule these lost course days, so you won’t lose classes you’ve paid for. During holidays, as on weekends, meals are not served.

1.7. Excursions to Cuernavavca, Xochicalco, Vista Hermosa and Tepoztlán are included in the course fees. If a student wants to take a teacher for an excursion outside Cuernavavca, Xochicalco, Vista Hermosa or Tepoztlán, the student is responsible for the expenses for transportation and meals (in case the excursion takes more than a half day) for him/her self and the teacher. All the activities organized inside ALS are free of charge. Expenses related to activities outside the residence are optional, and should be paid for by the student.

1.8. When you register for a Spanish immersion course at ALS, you agree that in certain cases, your course and accommodations will be offered on the premises of Anders Languages. This equals an upgrade of both accommodations and course. ALS will inform you about an eventual change before your arrival. Such change, however, does not offer the client the right to cancel the programs, as this is a de facto upgrade.

2. CANCELLATIONS:

2.1. 100% of the amount on your proposal/receipt is refundable 60 days or more prior to training start date. 75% of the amount on your proposal/receipt is refundable between 59 and 30 days prior to program start. 50% of the amount on your proposal/receipt is refundable between 29 and 7 days prior to training start. Less than 7 days before starting your first unit, there is no refund. Course can NOT be rescheduled. However, at the discretion of the Antonio's Language School management, we MIGHT allow rescheduling paying a USD 100 penalty fee. However, we cannot be enforced to.

2.4. Less than 3 days before starting your first unit, there is no refund.

2.5. Missed courses are not refundable or recoupable.

2.6. No refundable amounts can't be recuperated with courses.

2.7. Cancellations before arrival are only accepted in writing, either by letter, telegram, e-mail or fax.

2.8. In no case will money be refunded once the course has started.

2.9. Bank charges will be deducted from refunds.

3. INSURANCE:

3.1. You are not insured against illness or accidents, theft or loss of personal possessions. We therefore highly recommend you take out a personal insurance policy.

3.2. Replacement costs for breakage due to negligence on the part of the student will be charged to the student.
